Class 12 – Week 3

 

Recitation of Light Coaching Creed

We will begin each course reciting the Light Coaching Creed as an affirmation

and a means to set our intention of what we will manifest as Light Coaches.

 

Grounding

We will always begin each class with a brief grounding to help with any triggers

That may come up as a result of the things being discussed in each class.

Grounding is important to make sure you are connected to Mother Earth and God.

Carry crystals or sage in your pocket to help with this on a regular basis.

 

Notes:

-Who is your higher self? Expanded & unlimited version of you on the other side of the veil that is constantly calling you home & reminding you of your own greatness

-Every block & catalyst helps you to remember who you really are

***Chair Exercise***

-Me – Ego – Thought – logic & defense

-I – awareness – feeling – magnetic – go inside to get sensation – magnetic pull to higher self

-Myself – emotion – energy in motion – past experience that have held on

-Energy in motion creates fatigue. Its very healing and slows you down trying to hang on to your emotions.

-When you see emotion as bad, you suppress it & push it into the body

***Shame Exercise***

-When you suppress the feeling, you distort the emotion & alter the thought process

-Not thought, emotion, feeling…it is actually feeling, emotion, thought

-Feeling is an emotional, chemical & physical reaction in the body

-Feeling shows up in the “doing-ness”

-Pay attention to your behavior & find your darkness

-Who’s driving your car? Higher self or ego

-Use emotion to carry you forward with energy –> momentum

-Higher self is complete freedom & has no blocks in time, health, money & relationships

-Empaths hold onto their emotions because they dont want anyone to feel their pain

-You are not sick, poor, broke or lost…you just hav ememories of experiencing those circumstances

-You have 2 GPS systems…where you are going and where you have been. So which one are you going to listen to?

-When you’re triggered, move away from the trigger to get clarity

-Then go process

-Call a life coach, purge or use automatic writing

-Something becomes true when you’re not aware

-When you’re aware, you chose whether its true

-Stop suppressing the emotion, feel the emotion and LET IT GO!

-REPEAT: “I will remember love when I feel fear.”

 

HOMEWORK:

1. Find an emotion. Think, emote & feel that emotion.
