Class 12 – Week 4
Recitation of Light Coaching Creed
We will begin each course reciting the Light Coaching Creed as an affirmation
and a means to set our intention of what we will manifest as Light Coaches.
We will always begin each class with a brief grounding to help with any triggers
That may come up as a result of the things being discussed in each class.
Grounding is important to make sure you are connected to Mother Earth and God.
Carry crystals or sage in your pocket to help with this on a regular basis.
-What is physically ending in your life?
-What is the groundhog day in your life?
-The matrix no longer exists. There are no rules or platforms to follow anymore
-Anything or habit that you’re still doing is cellular memory and stored only in the body
-Everything in your current reality is there so that you can ask yourself if you still want it there going forward
-What does this mean? == FREEDOM
-But you must raise your vibration and ‘know thyself’
-Where are your patterns?
-You need to look at your stuff and process it.
-However, note that even processing is a pattern 🙂
-Maybe you don’t need to process, maybe you just need to purge
-When you release an emotion, a body symptom has to follow
-What patterns do you use to stop patterns??
-The new spiritual game is Awareness…in all aspects of your life
-How are your time, health, money and relationships?
-Start with health – what is your body for you on the journey?
-What does a superhero’s body do for them?
-A lot of us are experiencing ascension symptoms….like: headaches, head colds, coughs, stomach issues, heart palpitations, back issues, inflammation, joint issues, etc.
-As you become & raise your vibration, the body has to rid itself of old stories & it does so in the form of illness
-Ascension process doesn’t have to take a long time. Your belief system will determine your reality
-Watch the movie The Matrix
-The universe is lovingly throwing your belief systems in your faces & now you get the opportunity to show up & react differently
-Brake a pattern by changing your behavior
-What’s the incentive to break patterns?

-Who are you in every new experience?
-As soon as something becomes automatic, you are no longer aware of it
-Your reality will change when you show up differently with a new behavior
-Change is part of becoming
-Where are you in routine with your body?
In order to speed up, you have to slow down…and notice all your patterns
-Ask yourself how your body feels and then FEEL IT!
***Body Exercise: Think, Feel, Have an Emotion***
-Then ask yourself what you’re gonna do differently to change the way your body feels.
-Eliminate the negative belief system around your behavior. Ex. I don’t like working out
-Universe will treat you exactly how you treat your body
-What is a ghost? It’s when a body is very traumatized, it will leave it’s energetic story behind. So a ghost is an echo.

-Money represents how free, valued and safe you feel
-How can you show up differently in your life to show yourself that you ARE free, you ARE valued and you ARE safe
1. List where in your life that you are already free, safe and valued. Then add 3 more to the list every day.
