Saturday Class 9 – Week 4

 

Recitation of Light Coaching Creed

We will begin each course reciting the Light Coaching Creed as an affirmation

and a means to set our intention of what we will manifest as Light Coaches.

 

Grounding

We will always begin each class with a brief grounding to help with any triggers

That may come up as a result of the things being discussed in each class.

Grounding is important to make sure you are connected to Mother Earth and God.

Carry crystals or sage in your pocket to help with this on a regular basis.

 

Notes:

-Even as you change characters, your body is going back to me, myself & I

-For me to become the I Am, I have to lose something

-Close a door to open a door

-Body doesn’t know who the I Am is yet, so ego is still running the body

-The body has to let go of who you’ve been so that you can become something else

-This feels like loss in your life (aka the dragon) loss of time, loss of memory and loss of friends

-Letting go of me (the ego) shows up in yor life as sickness, lack of motivation, etc.

-So go love, see hear and nurture yourself

-The ego is your inner child so pay attention to it and integrate it back into love

-What is love? Jonathan answers that love is ever present, love is energy

-Love is recognizing yourself in everything and accepting it

-When you are creating conflict in your life, its your higher self telling you be to more of your authentic self

-The love hangover…it takes a lot of energy for your body to stay in love all day when it isn’t used to doing so. Inevitably, you crash the next day and fall back into the me/ego…we call this the love hangover

-If the body doesn’t believe your ‘I Am’ you will sabotage it.

-The ‘I Am’ is nature – its always love and always free

-Mow the grass and it will grow back

-Pour concrete and grass will always find the crack and grow back

-Talk to the part of your body that’s in pain and love it for what it’s showing you be being in pain

-Love the part of you that isn’t excited to become the ‘I Am’…love the body

-Love is compassion = empowerment and understanding

-If your body feels sluggish, then it’s not being loved, nurtured, seen or heard so that means that it’s time for you to have a ‘me’ day

-If you think that your body is your enemy, then your journey will be slow

 

Homework:

  1. Make a list of things that make you feel safe and that make you feel expanded
