Quantum Pattern Clearing


1.  Notice:  Observe the feeling/emotion of the reoccurring pattern/circumstance/trigger.

2.  Investigate:  “When have I felt this feeling before?”  Find a similar energy on your timeline.

3.  Acceptance:  Accept that this is happening as the result of an old pattern.

4.  Protection:  “How is this serving me? How is this protecting my heart?”  Locate your reward mechanism.

5.  Intention:  Set a new and expanded intention using an ‘I Am’ phrase.

6.  Reward:  Create a new and expansive reward program/mechanism.

7.  Practice:  Practice your new behavior with the new reward.  Be impeccable with your actions!
