Class 14 – Week 2

 

Recitation of Light Coaching Creed

We will begin each course reciting the Light Coaching Creed as an affirmation

and a means to set our intention of what we will manifest as Light Coaches.

 

Grounding

We will always begin each class with a brief grounding to help with any triggers

That may come up as a result of the things being discussed in each class.

Grounding is important to make sure you are connected to Mother Earth and God.

Carry crystals or sage in your pocket to help with this on a regular basis.

 

Notes:

-When you’re sedentary, ou think more and have zero outlet for the negative thoughts running through your head

-Movement allows you to push out and release negative energy

-We should be exercising 30 minutes a day for 3-4 times a week

-Regular exercise helps you feel more confident so you don’t need others to make you feel confident.

-If you felt strong/good in your skin, you would put yourself out there and try new things. You would start Living instead of waiting for “Someday” to show up.

-Your motivation will change when your diet changes or when your exercise levels change

-Dairy, grains and boxed foods act as neuro-toxins to the brain/body

-You now have 12 chakras to access, not 7

-By 2038 all 12 will be activated

-The new paradigm of spiritual teacher is someone that’s strong in mind AND body

-Use exercise to break a PTSD moment or negative pattern

-Becoming healthy empowers you and helps to keep you from allowing negativity to settle in for a visit with you.

-Your diet has a lot to do with your purpose and your blood type.

-If you body isn’t at peak performance, your mode and your pain body will be affected.

-Nature is 5D. It is always moving and changing just like you should be doing with exercise.
