Section 7 – Week 2
Recitation of Light Coaching Creed
We will begin each course reciting the Light Coaching Creed as an affirmation
and a means to set our intention of what we will manifest as Light Coaches.
Grounding
We will always begin each class with a brief grounding to help with any triggers
That may come up as a result of the things being discussed in each class.
Grounding is important to make sure you are connected to Mother Earth and God.
Carry crystals or sage in your pocket to help with this on a regular basis.
Notes:
-Mercury Retrograde-the universe is wiping out all your old timelines. So you will be tired and emotional. Let it come up and then let it pass. Your DNA is being upgraded. This is a good thing.
-Prove It! This entire month is about courage and proving that you are who you say you are.
-Start showing up as you are.
-Be 100% authentic!
-Ask yourself: What are you going to do in the now moment that represents who you are?
-Invest in yourself, not in the stock market
-The government is about to change in a big way so make yourself a priority
-Your challenges, frustrations and anger are there to give you the opportunity to be the new you
-Your wealth and abundance comes from moving into your purpose. If you are a 5D being, you will never make money in the 3D world. You must apply 5D principles in your life in order to manifest money. So act as if you are already abundant!
*Revisit Manifestation Steps 1 & 2*
-All those hours you’re giving to 3D is draining you and making you tired and fatigued
-Now is the time to be ultra aware
-Your manifestations are instant and stretched out
-So if you wake up angry, you will play that anger out ALL day long. But if you wake up happy, your happiness will last all day long.
-In order to manifest your dreams, you must open 5 doors.
-So put yourself out there: set up a website, advertise what you’re looking for, talk to a stranger, etc.
-Its ok if you’re not perfect or 100% ready for your manifestation, open the doors anyway
-The first results of your manifestations won’t be perfect either until you gain confidence
-You may attract ‘vibrational slums’ at first but that’s ok, just go with it and practice with whatever shows up. These will prepare you for when what you actually do want shows up
-If you open enough doors, others will begin to open doors for you!
HOMEWORK:
-Open 5 Doors
