Quantum Light Coaching Class

Section 2 – Week 2

Recitation of Light Coaching Creed

We will begin each course reciting the Light Coaching Creed as an affirmation

and a means to set our intention of what we will manifest as Light Coaches.

We will always begin each class with a brief grounding to help with any triggers

That may come up as a result of the things being discussed in each class.

Grounding is important to make sure you are connected to Mother Earth and God.

Carry crystals or sage in your pocket to help with this on a regular basis.

-Raise your vibration and pull up your darkness

-This will bring on a ‘shit storm’ in your life because the universe now sees that you’ve raised your vibration and are now finally ready to deal with the emotions from an issue 10yrs ago that you never dealt with.

-Get through it using laughter and work in solutions

-Be your own life coach

-Mars retrograde right now which brings in your masculine energy and says, “No, I’m done with this” and helps you stand up to the bullies in your life, put an end to unhealthy things in your life

-Everyone is you and you have to fight for yourself by fighting for them

-You’re never upset for the reasons you think you are

-When you discover you have a wound, you have to turn inward and heal your own wound by giving yourself love, safety, hear yourself and see yourself.

-You will interact with your clients through the filter of your own wounds and they will receive your assistance through the filter of their own wounds

-6 Basic Needs of a Child – These things give a child roots and a foundation to discover and become who they were always meant to be.

**Exercise**Close your eyes and go back to the first 7 yrs of your life…Did you have all of these needs? Which did you not have/experience as a child?

-Unconditional Love

-Significance (Did you have importance in your family)

-Expansion (were you allowed to be creative, learn what you wanted to learn)

-Certainty (Did you feel safe, were your needs met? Did you have the food you wanted to eat? Did you have what you wanted to feel safe vs what mom and dad told you you needed)

-Contribution (Were you allowed to help cook, be funny, do things that you felt inspired to do to help others, were you allowed to be of service?)

-Variety (Did you have choices? Were you allowed to explore as a child? Were you allowed to say yes/no to things you did?)

-Having or not having these needs met is what has created your ego.

-Anything you didn’t have then, you will not have now. Ex. Safety, Love, Certainty, etc.

-Therefore, anything you do and think will be driven by an innate need to provide for yourself now what you didn’t have as a child.

-It doesn’t matter how much training you get. Until you start providing certainty, love, safety, etc. for yourself, you will always feel a void in that area of your life.

The 7 yr Cycle—the universe is Sacred Geometry-the first 7 years is where ego formation begins.

-Every 7 yrs, the soul moves through a place of mastery-it’s a cycle of the soul.

-Year one is self-awareness; newborn baby, becoming aware

-Year 2 is self-exploration; You put everything in the mouth, start walking and exploring your environment environment

-Year 3 is self-discovery; You are finding out who you are and how you relate to your environment

-Year 4 is self-understanding; You learn to understand who you are in your reality

-Year 5 is self-love; You learn to like yourself in your reality

-Year 6 is self-transformation; You begin to move out of the reality you’ve created and into a new one, ready to start school, learn how to be themselves around new people and things and experiences

-Year 7 is self-mastery; You learn to master yourself up until now.

-Calculate where you actually are in the 7 year cycle: Your age ÷ 7=___.

(Ex. Year 1 is Age 0 and year 7 is Age 6)

-Whatever age you are when you are traumatized is the year of your 7 yr cycle that you are stuck in. So if you are traumatized at age 4 (Yr 5) then you are stuck in self-love until you wake up and learn to heal yourself. For example, if you become an alcoholic at the age of 15, that is the age that you are frozen at on your own emotional timeline and you never progress emotionally beyond that point. You will perpetually live out your life at the emotional level of a 15 year old.

-When you don’t reach self-love in the first 7 yr cycle, you will go find it somewhere else. You will find it in every relationship thereafter.

-Once you advance spiritually, you will move through the cycle you’re stuck at.

-As soon as you have your awakening, you will move into Self-Awareness. As you raise your vibration, you will move through your cycles a lot quicker.

-You must let go of the shame and guilt in your timeline as a result of not having the 6 basic needs. Until you do that, your body will continue to store the shame and guilt and hold you back on your spiritual journey. Your mind will be enlightened, but you will not have the life you want.

-Are you reading “The Biology of Belief” by Bruce Lipton? If not, read it now as this will help you with the brain/body connection on the spiritual journey.

-Marianne Williamson quote on Returning to Self-Love

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be gorgeous, brilliant, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. Its not just in some of us, it’s in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

–Marianne Williamson

-Most of you are more afraid of your light than you are of your dark.

The 5 Emotional Traps: Guilt, Shame, Fear, Humiliation and Resentment

-We filter our lives through the 5 traps and it’s these traps that keep us from being able to see, hear, feel and experience spirit.

-The wounds of a child are not huge neon signs. They are the subtle nuances of everyday life.

-Your spiritual journey doesn’t end when you wake up. It’s only beginning when you wake up.

-Awareness is the key to breaking an unhealthy cycle in your life. As soon as you’re aware, you’re making a choice the next time you do it.

-Keep choosing that until you’re done choosing it. Then you begin your journey and begin to actively work on yourself.

-This is important so that you understand why you do what you and so that you will stop judging yourself. Judgment will keep you from accomplishing all that you wish to accomplish.

-Manifestation Podcast-Setting an intention is a physical and spiritual process.

-The universe responds immediately, creates the thing you wish to manifest, and holds that thing/intention for you in the ethers until you line up spiritually with the frequency of what you’re trying to manifest. Once you line up vibrationally with what you’re trying to manifest, it becomes reality in your 3D world.

-We create obstacles on the road to having what we wish to manifest. The very thing we wish to create will be taken from us to ensure we’ve worked through all our darkness so that the thing we wish to manifest will materialize and it will STAY in our lives. If we do not go through this, we will manifest what we wish, but it will be taken from us because we have not done the work.

-Start with gratitude for the obstacles that show up in your path to manifestation.

-In order to be a teacher, you have to go through all kinds of crap so that you can have compassion when a student shows up with an issue. You will already have gone through it and will be able to extend patience and compassion to them whereas you wouldn’t have been able to do that otherwise.

-Explanations of what issues pain in different body parts are about.
