Section 9 – Week 2

Recitation of Light Coaching Creed

We will begin each course reciting the Light Coaching Creed as an affirmation

and a means to set our intention of what we will manifest as Light Coaches.


We will always begin each class with a brief grounding to help with any triggers

That may come up as a result of the things being discussed in each class.

Grounding is important to make sure you are connected to Mother Earth and God.

Carry crystals or sage in your pocket to help with this on a regular basis.

-3 aspects of you:Me, myself and I

-Me is the ego, which is the we and it separates you from others and creates issues

-Myself is the body or the vessel for the Me and the I.It is a faithful servant.

-I is the all, the one, the intention of the universe.It is the higher self and your soul

-Intimacy is Into me I see, not Into I I see

-When you arein the ‘I Am’ there is no past

-the ‘I Am’ eliminates the need for meditation

-Solar Plexus is the power center

-Universe gives you what you are, not what you want.So when you say ‘I am’, you are commanding the unverse.Your voice is the voice of God to your cellular structure.

-If you notice others outside of you, then you aren’t the ‘I am’

-No more time travel, just recognize when you are triggered and go back to the ‘I am’

-Go into nature…it teaches you how to be the universe

-The onlly thing that keep you from having everything you’ve ever wanted is the ‘me’ that thinks you don’t deserve it

-3D is the base model car-it comes w 5 senses

-5D is the extras that have to be added to your car…speed, light, sound, etc.

-Become what you wanna be for 3 days

-You have to believe your own ‘I am’ or no one else will believe it

-When you are in the ‘I am’, your only job is to show up

-Set an alarm every hour for 24 hours.Every time it goes off, repeat your ‘I am’ statements

  2. Feel it in your solar plexus
  3. Practice it
