Saturday Class 16 – Week 2


Recitation of Light Coaching Creed

We will begin each course reciting the Light Coaching Creed as an affirmation

and a means to set our intention of what we will manifest as Light Coaches.



We will always begin each class with a brief grounding to help with any triggers

That may come up as a result of the things being discussed in each class.

Grounding is important to make sure you are connected to Mother Earth and God.

Carry crystals or sage in your pocket to help with this on a regular basis.



-Every time we change our minds, we change timelines

-Will we jump back into old patterns or into the new timeline?

-What area of your life are you in judgment of or resisting? Let’s break those patterns.

-As we go thru our day, it will be different and uncomfortable.

-My ego is the government or someone telling me what to do.

-Go one full day without judgment. Getting rid of self-judgment is how we will turn up our own light.

-We’re not here to be void of emotion when we level up.

-If there’s anything I don’t have, it’s self-judgment

-Surrender = acceptance = love

-Manifestation never starts with matter

-Without judgment, we would never be stopped in our tracks.

-Why is this happening to me? This question stops us because its judgmental

-Instead say, This is happening to me.

-No. 1 cause of disease is judgment. The body goes into fight or flight, digestion shuts down and disease starts in the gut.

-Time Travel self-judgment

-Think about what really pisses you off and you’ve located what you’re in self-judgment about.

-When you’re in judgment, you’re inside the matrix, but when you BrainTap in theta, this takes you outside the matrix.

-Go in the flow of my own patterns without judgment

-My body doesn’t get sick unless I abandon myself.

-Under abandonment is self-judgment. Why do you abandon yourself? Because something about you is not ok. That’s judgment.

-Practice getting more present because you feel better when you’re more present.

-Break patterns more gently-treat yourself like a child and treat yourself with great kindness. It’s very scary to un-become.

-In Thursdays class you were asked to notice how your patterns are serving you.

-In today’s class, I want you to do it without self-judgment

-You make fear based choices when you’re in self-judgment.

-Good or bad, we have taught people how to treat us. Start lovingly calling each other out when we see self-judgment showing up.
